kkmoose.jpg (18231 bytes)The cut-off date for receiving registration forms will be APRIL 1, 2001. So that we may fill the classes and notify the instructors. If there is an overflow of applications, we will have a standby list in case someone cal1cels prior to the workshop. If a class has insufficient enrollment it may be cancelled, so give us four class choices (putting the same class number for all four choices does not guarantee getting that class).

REMINDER: Your membership dues must have been paid for 2001 by DECEMBER 31,2000, in order to be eligible for the Doane Workshop. Do not ask that exceptions be made as this is not fair to the other members of the club and will not be allowed. After April 1, applications will be opened to new members.

AFTER JULY 1, 2001: There will be a $ 75.00 CHARGE for anyone dropping out of the 2001 workshop.doaneexp2.jpg (18904 bytes) This fee is to cover the cost of name tags, Doane pins, printed materials and instructors' cost for blanks, rough-outs and other class materials. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

If you have to cancel, please notify: Ron Clarke - (402) 727-9026 or
SHERRY LaTENDRESSE - (402) 731-3365, as soon as possible.

Participants are requested not to ask for class changes after JULY 1, 2001, as the instructors will have received the final class list and will have prepared materials based upon that list. Asking for special class arrangements from the workshop committee or from individual instructors creates a very awkward situation and is not fair to the other workshop participants.

Morrill's Class 01.jpg (113634 bytes)Participants enrolled in a class are expected to purchase the course materials such as blanks, rough-outs, etc.. Do not expect a teacher to provide instruction on non-class subjects. Also, do not interrupt classes you are not enrolled in. (Visitors are always welcome.)

Participants enrolled in classes requiring horses or workbenches will be required to pay a $5.00 FEE. Those using the horses or workbenches are asked to assist in breaking them down when the class is finished.
